How To Renew Your Domain Name

Domain names are registered for a fixed period ranging from 1 year to 10 years depending on the extension. At the end of the registration you will be offered the opportunity to renew. The renewal reminder will be sent to you by email seven weeks before the expiry date and by post six weeks before the expiry date. To check your expiry date you can log onto you r control panel and view the date by selecting the domain name in the "my domains" section. If you have any queries please email billing@net2.co.uk

3 easy ways to renew your domain name

1. Log onto your online control panel and select "renewals due" in the my billing section. This will take you to a secure online credit/debit card payment processing screen.
   
2. Post a cheque payable to "Namesco Limited" (our parent company) with a copy of your renewal notice to the address on our contact page.
   
3. Pay by BACS. For our bank details contact billing@net2.co.uk once you make the payment via your bank, please send a confirmation to billing@net2.co.uk stating the amount, domain name, and your net2 account reference.

Note: Your domain name is at risk if you do not renew before the renewal date.
